Set your goal and the app provides gentle reminders to check in on whether the change is working. The app shows a friendly pie chart of your progress. Or double tap the pie and see a display of blocks, showing the pattern of success and highlighting your best chain' of YES check ins. Reminders to check in appear as notifications on your device and you don't need to go into the app to record your progress. You can receive reminders - and check in - even when your device is locked (so long as you've given permission.) Perhaps you want to cut back on the coffee because you've got a hunch you'll feel a whole lot better if you do. Or maybe you want to break your habit of turning up just on time because you're pretty sure it'll reduce your stress levels.
